Our gastronomy is inspired by simple and delicious Italian family dishes filled with sunshine and whose recipes are passed down from generation to generation. The famous cucina della mamma is made with fresh and high-quality products from the best Italian producers we have carefully selected.
Our talented Chef and his team pay tribute to the flavors of Italy and its classics. Here the burattina is fresh and melting, the vitello tonnato respects the original Piedmontese recipe, the parmigiana is homemade, and our famous Bla Bla pizza with evocative names - a fun surprise to discover - is ordered by the meter. You can choose from our tasty dishes and share them with your partner, family, colleagues, or friends. We make it like at home! It's simple, and it's delicious!
The desserts are also homemade, and our Pastry Chef, Claire, will delight your taste buds with a unique choice of homemade pastries, from classic tiramisus, panna cottas, or rum baba to original creations inspired by seasonal fruits.

Romer is passionate. He loves Italy, its noble and fresh products, and its history. He excels in Italian cuisine, a homemade cuisine made with the best products he has selected from the best producers in Italy. He also knows every corner of our beautiful Riviera region. He knows where to find the best fresh products from the best market gardeners in the best farms in the area.
Romer defines his Italian cuisine as the “cucina della Mamma,” simple dishes like at home, flavorsome and delicious. His dishes are meant to be shared. They are fresh, colorful, beautiful and tasty. Romer works with his team of Chefs, including our talented pizzaiolo, who showcases the famous Bla Bla pizza, a pizza by the meter, a tasty Neapolitan recipe, and first-class ingredients. Delightful!
The Bla Bla serves both homemade dishes and pastries. Our pastry chef Claire will delight you with her famous tiramisus, panna cottas, cheesecakes, and other seasonal pies. A delight for your taste buds.
Romer is also passionate about nature and life; his priority is food sustainability. He takes care to use local products, create healthy dishes, limit food waste, and recycle.
Having worked in the best restaurants in Italy and Switzerland and being trained by the greatest Italian chefs, he naturally officiates as the head chef of Bla Bla, supported by his talented team. This is for your most excellent satisfaction.
